More blood vicar?Not a lot of kayaking in August! Just trips to Ealing pool every Thursday to practice my eskimo rolls etc...and have a laugh whilst keeping fit all at the same time:)
Also, I have absolutely no photos of me kayaking to go with the post so I have stuck in this pic taken in August of my blood being taken from my best kayaking arm...look at where the needle is! My favorite place to inject is the dark patch to the right of the needle...a whole inch or more away! I was brave though and didn't bat an eyelid;)
Thursday 2nd August 2007 @ 21:00pm, 1hr 30mins at Ealing Pool, Lee & others, Ian was back today after a few weeks recovering from a badly sprained ankle, Lee learned to hand roll like I was doing last week courtesy of Owen, and I have a blocked ear (right side) because my ear plugs are shit! Otherwise all is fine and dandy:)
