All but gone! Kiss me baby!!Just the three paddles during April. And all over, up, across at Ealing Pool. Ian keeps on at me to get a play boat, and Karol says I have 'Blue Balls'! Hey Karol, My blue balls are all yours dude:) He even tried some self defence techniques on me in the pool and almost broke my neck! I'm just happy to do hundreds of lengths up and down the pool, let Tara steal my goggles and splash her little brother;)
The weather was still pretty shit for outside paddling in April, not that that has stopped me before, but since that incident in the Mole back in March, I don't fancy the cold just yet. This month (May) is a blinder so far!! The temperature has rocketed and paddling in the Thames has become a pleasure again...despite all the midges!! But, you'll have to find out about that, the swan egg & other things next month.
Unfortunately, I don't have any photos of me kayaking (or anyone else for that matter) so you will have to make do with a pic of my left arm where I had a blood test to see what my HIV status was. They took my blood on April 8th and I was told that my HIV is still undetectable twenty days later on the 28th. Which means I am almost exactly the same as you...sort of;) Good huh!

Your HIV is undetectable??? Is this the first time that's happened or is it that way as long as you stay on your medicines?
Hi UC, Lovely to hear from you. It has been this way now since I started my current HIV medication regime back sometime around 1999/2000 I think. And yes, it's all because of the drugs...but I like to think that it is because I am different and made it U/D from keeping fit & healthy with plenty of positive thoughts (with a little juju from my friends:).

Even if it's been like that for a while it's good to have it re-affirmed eh?
I think it is cos you is different too - and the juju of course :)
